Capstone Associate

KKR Capstone is the portfolio operations and value creation arm of the global PE fund, KKR, where associates partner with deal teams and portfolio company management to drive operational issues and value creation levers. The role involves working as owner-operators to identify, prototype, and implement operational improvement initiatives, acting as primary agents of change within the organization. Associates collaborate with a broad range of company personnel, including the Board and C-suite, to drive real operating change and value creation in a private equity environment.
