Captain - Customer Service

A Captain at Dave & Buster’s is a frontline team member who ensures guests have a positive and welcoming experience across the Midway, retail, game rental and dining areas. The role serves as an initial point of contact for guests and supports safety, security, and overall guest satisfaction. This position works flexible schedules including nights and weekends in a fast-paced entertainment and dining environment.
