About this role

Red 6 is seeking a Capture Manager to own the full capture process across all customers, working with cross-functional teams to shape and win business for Air Force, Navy, and Army customers. The role involves leading competitive assessments, developing win strategies, and driving bid/no-bid decisions while partnering with business development, program management, and proposal teams. This position reports directly to the CRO and requires deep familiarity with DoD acquisition systems and the Shipley capture process.

Responsibilities

Own the capture lifecycle for assigned pursuits from pre-proposal shaping to post-award transition
Develop and execute capture plans, competitive assessments, and teaming strategies
Lead capture events including gate reviews, black hat sessions, and color team reviews
