About this role

The Capture Manager drives early and sustained engagement across the pursuit lifecycle, from positioning and opportunity shaping through proposal delivery. This role builds and leads multidisciplinary bid teams to define win strategies, develop client-focused messaging, and strengthen competitive positioning for major infrastructure and advisory opportunities across Canada. It is not a proposal production role nor has commercial expectations; it provides strategic pursuit leadership to connects market insight, client needs, technical expertise, and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit strategy and competitor analysis to identify win themes
Facilitate strategic workshops with senior leaders and technical experts
Coach subject matter experts for client interviews and presentations
