Capture & Proposal Manager

Electra is seeking a Capture & Proposal Manager to lead government opportunity pursuits for Electra Defense, managing the end-to-end proposal process across SBIR, STTR, OTA, and CRADA vehicles. The role involves developing capture strategies, writing compelling technical content, and ensuring compliant submissions while collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams.
