Car Wash Manager in Training

The Car Wash Manager in Training is responsible for driving top-line car wash revenue while ensuring the site operates efficiently and safely. This role leads day-to-day operations, staffing, and training with a strong focus on converting traffic into wash purchases, growing unlimited/membership enrollments, and increasing average ticket through upsells. Once training is complete, the individual will be responsible for managing the carwash site.
