Card Insert Lead

The Card Insert Lead supports a high-volume production floor by coordinating the Card Insert team and assisting with related production activities. This role involves working closely with Production Generalists and equipment operators to set up jobs, monitor output, and perform quality checks to ensure client work is completed accurately and on time. The position requires operating auto insert production equipment, performing data entry, and troubleshooting machine issues while coaching team members to meet daily production goals.
