Card Investigations Technician

The Card Investigations Technician will monitor fraud detection systems, investigate and resolve fraudulent activity across debit, credit, ATM, and online transactions, and communicate findings with members, merchants, and authorities. The role supports branch and departmental needs, processes reimbursements, and ensures compliance with regulatory and Visa requirements while maintaining a positive member experience.
