Cardiac Advanced Practice Clinician

Sutter Alta Bates Summit Medical Center is seeking an experienced Cardiac Advanced Practice Clinician to join the inpatient cardiac services team at their advanced tertiary cardiac center in Oakland. The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient cardiac care, including pre- and post-procedure evaluations, managing cardiac discharges, and triaging urgent and emergent cardiac patients. The position requires collaboration with on-site cardiologists and participation in the post-cardiac-discharge Transition of Care Clinic.
