- Graduate of CAAHEP; JRC-DMS Program (Preferred)
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - ARDMS (within 180 Days)
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - ARDMS (within 180 Days)
- Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - CCI
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - CCI
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - AHA
- Training or Certification in IV and LVO Contrast Administration (Preferred)
- Maintain CME Requirements
