Cardiac Post Transplant Services

This role coordinates clinical and administrative processes for patients throughout the transplant and mechanical circulatory support implant continuum, from pre-transplant evaluation to post-transplant follow-up care. The position involves educating patients, families, and staff regarding transplantation procedures and maintaining data capture and reporting for program operations. The incumbent actively participates in quality agendas as outlined by UNOS and CMS while collecting time study data for reporting purposes.
