Staff Nurse (36-hour variable night) for the Cardiac Surgery ICU at Brigham and Women's Hospital providing direct patient care and managing complex cardiac surgery patients. The RN is accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care and reports to a designated nurse manager or supervisor. The role supports high-acuity therapies and devices commonly used in cardiac critical care.
