About this role
A Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Brigham and Women's Hospital provides patient-facing support within the Cardiac Surgery Intermediate Care Unit. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) evening/night onsite role as part of the hospital's nursing team. Eligible new hires in PCA positions may receive a $750 sign-on bonus.
