About this role
Staff Nurse in the Cardiac Surgery Stepdown unit at Brigham and Women's Hospital responsible for planning and providing care for assigned patients, including those with complex cardiac needs. The RN is accountable for assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation, and works under the direction of a nurse manager or supervisor. The role requires initiative, clinical competence, and the ability to manage patient care across a rotating 36-hour variable schedule.
