Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon with expertise in ventricular assist devices (VADs) and mechanical circulatory support (MCS) to join their South Jersey team. The role combines a balanced practice of general adult cardiothoracic surgery and advanced heart failure/MCS, including durable VAD implantation, temporary MCS (Impella, ECMO), and broad adult cardiac procedures. The position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and opportunities for program development, education, and research.
