Care Advocate (Onsite)

This temporary onsite role involves making outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled health plan members, particularly those in Medicare Advantage, to educate them on their benefits and connect them with healthcare resources. The Care Advocate serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive onboarding experience through compassionate, high-quality service and accurate documentation. The position requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to assist members, many of whom are elderly or living with disabilities.
