The role is responsible for coordinating international out-of-hospital (IOH) care files, managing communication with healthcare providers, insured patients, and client organizations, and handling cost containment and guarantee of payments. It involves negotiating with providers, steering patients to appropriate care, and collaborating with various internal teams such as Claims Review, Network, and Clinical Case Management.
