Care Funding Specialist

The Care Funding Specialist serves as the AN-ACC subject matter expert, providing specialist guidance on resident assessments, funding classifications, and documentation practices to ensure accurate funding reflects individual care needs. This role involves helping teams understand funding requirements, strengthening clinical documentation, and supporting funding assessments to enable exceptional resident care. The position is based at the Rhodes office with some travel to sites across NSW.
