The Care Logistics Center EMS Dispatcher is responsible for the prompt notification and activation of EMS agencies for emergent and non-emergent transportation to and from Hartford HealthCare facilities. This role facilitates continuous patient throughput by utilizing effective communication, reviewing placement technology, and making swift clinical decisions. The dispatcher acts as a liaison between EMS agencies and Bed and Case Managers to ensure efficient patient flow and appropriate resource allocation.
