Oxbridge Health offers the Episode Advantage Health Plan, a new category of health insurance designed to help employers spend 10–25% less than a comparable HMO or PPO without cutting benefits or limiting network access. The plan works by bundling planned procedures — including consults, imaging, surgery, rehab, and follow-up — into a single guaranteed price that members see before care begins, eliminating surprise balance bills. Employers set an allowance per episode, and members who choose cost-effective Care Groups (a physician plus a facility) can reduce their out-of-pocket costs to little or nothing; the platform serves employers, brokers, members, health plans/TPAs, and providers.
