Care Partner / CNA providing direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision on the 7pm–7:30am shift. The role supports a safe, compassionate care environment, assists with activities of daily living and basic clinical tasks, and completes electronic charting to maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications
