The Care Partner is an entry-level patient support role that assists Registered Nurses and the healthcare team in providing compassionate care and a positive patient experience. The position focuses on assisting with daily living activities, comfort measures, and basic clinical tasks as delegated by licensed staff. This/night-shift role supports unit operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
