About this role
A Career Advisor at Career TEAM provides career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services for WIOA participants while reporting to the WIOA Program Lead. The role supports intake and eligibility determination, development of individual employment plans, and links clients to training and job opportunities. This position is fully onsite and contributes to program outcomes, compliance, and community partnerships.
