Career Advisor

As a Career Advisor with Fedcap Families, you will serve as the primary point of support for a caseload of program participants facing barriers to economic wellbeing, guiding them from referral through to employment. You will act as a mentor, liaison, and troubleshooter, developing individualized career plans and connecting participants with essential support services to achieve self-sufficiency. This role requires building trusting relationships and providing non-judgmental, trauma-informed care to help individuals overcome obstacles and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
