Career Counselor I

The Career Counselor I supports individuals with disabilities in identifying, preparing for, and maintaining meaningful employment through vocational counseling, job coaching, and personalized support. This role involves collaborating with employers, families, and agencies to help clients achieve their career goals while managing a dynamic caseload. The position requires local travel within the Capital Region to provide on-the-job coaching, travel training, and employer relationship building.
