Career Counselor

Avivo is seeking a Career Counselor to provide intensive case management, career exploration, and employment services to individuals enrolled in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP). The role involves partnering with participants to identify career goals, overcome barriers, and build pathways toward meaningful employment and long-term self-sufficiency. This position supports individuals in discovering their strengths, accessing training, and connecting with employment resources throughout the St. Cloud community.
