Career Counselor

This role provides personal and career counseling to Job Corps students to enhance employability, ensure continued enrollment, and drive quantifiable success. The position involves identifying and remediating barriers to success, developing individualized career educational plans, and maintaining strict confidentiality of student data. The counselor also serves as Acting CPP/Counseling Manager in the absence of the primary manager.
