Career Development Specialist

The Career Development Specialist at the International Rescue Committee supports refugees and immigrants to move from low-wage jobs into sustainable career paths by connecting them with training, resources, and job opportunities. The role involves assessing clients, creating individualized career development plans, and supporting clients through application, placement, and follow-up.
