The Career Development Specialist develops employment opportunities, secures meaningful job placements, and helps participants remain employed through employer engagement, job development, and retention strategies. This hands-on role provides individualized career coaching and case management to match individuals with roles aligned with their skills and goals. The specialist focuses on achieving 180 days of sustained employment by proactively addressing barriers and supporting participants and employers post-placement.
