The Center for Family Support (CFS) is a New York and New Jersey–based human services agency that provides personalized support to individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the families that care for them. CFS delivers person-centered services—such as family support, residential and community-based programs, advocacy, and skill-building—to promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life. The agency partners with families and local systems to tailor supports across the lifespan and expand opportunities in education, employment, and community participation.
