Career Returnship Program- Associate Internal Audit

BlackRock seeks professionals for its six-month paid Career Returnship Program, designed to support high-potential candidates returning to the workforce after an extended career break of at least 18 months. Successful participants will work within the Internal Audit department, engaging in regional and global audit reviews to evaluate business unit processes, risks, and controls for investment management, risk, and compliance teams. Upon completion, eligible candidates are offered permanent employment at the global asset management firm.
