The Career Success Coach is a fixed-term, contract role supporting learners in Correlation One’s data training and jobs programs, including the Amazon Machine Learning Data Associate program launching in Q2 2026. The coach partners with teaching assistants and program operations to support a cohort of ~60 learners, helping them progress toward career outcomes. The position is remote and requires fluency in English and German.
