Career & Technical Education (CTE) Readiness Facilitator

The Career & Technical Education (CTE) Readiness Facilitator plans, implements, and evaluates workforce readiness and youth development programming within CTE classrooms and Boys & Girls Club locations. This role serves as an instructional partner with local school districts, delivering curriculum and facilitating career exploration activities to prepare youth for post-secondary education and workforce success. The position involves fostering relationships with students, school personnel, and community partners to promote career readiness and positive youth development.
