Career Transition Specialist

This role focuses on counseling students in career transition readiness, job search skills, and placement processes within the Job Corps program. The specialist manages a caseload of active student files, coordinates mock interviews and job fairs, and maintains linkages with external resources to secure job leads. The position also involves ensuring students obtain necessary documentation and support services prior to exiting the center.
