The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides in-home and community support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The role implements person-centered services aligned with individual goals, promotes independence and community inclusion, and supports daily living activities. Positions are available full-time and part-time across various shifts.
