About this role
Provides assigned residents with routine daily personal care and services according to each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by supervisors. Works to maintain resident comfort, safety, and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and basic health observations. Supports the nursing team by reporting changes, documenting care, and following facility policies including confidentiality and infection control.
