About this role
Provides direct care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility, supporting activities of daily living, mobility, and basic personal needs. Maintains resident comfort and safety, observes and reports changes in condition, and follows facility policies including confidentiality and infection control. Works under the supervision of nursing staff and the Director of Health and Wellness to support resident admissions, transfers, and daily routines.
