The Caretaker role is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Matua Ngaru School facility in Kumeu, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position involves overseeing routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, delivering services in line with contractual obligations, and responding to requests from the School Operator. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously to maintain high-quality outcomes.
