Cargo Handling Team Lead

The Cargo Handling Team Lead serves as the operational lead for Cargo Service Agents, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day cargo and mail handling at the HEL Hub. This leadership position oversees operational handling functions, including resourcing, disruption recovery, and inventory management, while ensuring safety and service quality. The role involves leading a team of 5–15 agents and reporting to the Director of HEL Hub Handling.
