The Carpenter II serves as a technically complete residential carpenter and on-site leader for day-to-day production, executing all categories of carpentry independently and to company standards. This role involves directing the work of junior employees, managing real-time quality and safety, and ensuring job sites run efficiently in the absence of the Lead Carpenter or Project Manager.
