About this role
Carpenter role supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Essex, delivering carpentry maintenance across occupied social housing properties. This full-time permanent position includes a company van and fuel card and focuses on ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained. The role is field-based and works Monday–Friday with occasional participation in an out-of-hours emergency rota.
