Carpenter

The Carpenter will perform a variety of carpentry tasks for the renovation of occupied and unoccupied apartment units, including framing, cabinet installation, trim work, and basic plumbing and electrical fixture installation. The role involves traveling to multiple project sites across the Midwest, reading blueprints, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and maintaining tools and equipment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads and work in adverse weather conditions.
