Case Aide (English/Spanish)

The Case Aide will maintain accurate student case files, assist with record management in physical and digital systems, and support various case management activities such as scheduling legal appointments, coordinating fingerprint services, and facilitating family communications. The role also involves supporting the 24‑hour intake process, conducting follow‑up calls, and preparing exit documentation while collaborating with the Case Management team.
