Case Aide

The Case Aide provides day-to-day support to residents at The Lirio to help them achieve long-term housing stability, wellness, and community integration. Working under the direction of Case Managers, the role involves assisting residents with service plans, developing independent living skills, and navigating appointments and benefits. The position emphasizes harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and resident choice to bridge the gap between residential support and clinical case management.
