Case Aide

Case Aides support families identified by the Department of Human Services by providing hands-on guidance and encouragement to improve parenting skills and create safe, stable home environments. This role focuses on reducing safety risks and promoting healthy child development through trauma-informed care and cultural humility. The position involves working directly with high-risk, vulnerable families to help them build the necessary tools for successful child care.
