Case Aide

The Case Aide provides essential technical and administrative support to Case Managers and Employment Specialists within the Refugee Services program at Lutheran Services Carolinas. This part-time role ensures timely service delivery by assisting with documentation, data entry, referrals, and file management while maintaining compliance with grant reporting requirements. The position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting refugee families and collaborating with community partners to facilitate successful resettlement.
