Case Aide

The Case Aide supports the Refugee Resettlement program by assisting clients with basic needs, cultural orientation, and accessing community resources to promote successful integration and self-sufficiency. This role involves maintaining accurate client records, providing translation services, and coordinating logistics for appointments and workshops. The position requires collaboration with Case Managers and program staff to deliver quality services in a culturally sensitive manner.
