The Case Analyst ensures cases progress toward completion by managing large volumes of correspondence with agencies and law firms, applying statutes and case law to resolve health plan liens, and serving as the primary resource for assigned law firms. The role involves data identification, status communication, database maintenance, docket management, and research to maximize claimant recovery.
