About this role

The Case Coordinator supports delivery of human services for adults and children with autism and other disabilities at a nonprofit organization. The role operates under the supervision of a licensed clinical provider or department head and works within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This position is based in Leominster, MA and uses a hybrid work arrangement with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.
