Case Management Supervisor/Clinical Supervisor

Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support for behavioral health services within the Arizona region. This role is responsible for supervising and developing clinical staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with regulatory and contract requirements, and supporting program operations. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical resource for staff, provides crisis consultation, reviews documentation for quality and timeliness, facilitates clinical meetings, and oversees case assignments. This position plays a key role in promoting client-centered care, staff development, and positive outcomes for children, adults, and families receiving services.
